“Hoisin Barbecue Sauce”

Spread the love

Hoisin sauce is a sweet Asian sauce made from soybeans, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and various spices. All of the makings of a great barbecue sauce are there. This hoisin barbecue sauce is one of those sauces that when mopped onto ribs and allowed to glaze, it gets extremely sticky and concentrates all of the flavors. To me this is just one of those sauces that screams “RIBS!”
