This one’s a little different. A perfect side for a salad, or just a refreshing snack with berries. A goat cheese panna cotta just rounds all the bases. It’s sweet, savory, cold, silky smooth, and just delicious. Seriously, it’s easy and you should try it…
1 T Geltin
1 C Milk
1/2 C Sugar
14 oz Goat Cheese
Add everything except the goat cheese to a pan and bring it to a simmer.
Put the goat cheese in your blender and pour the hot mixture over it. Blend until smooth.
Spray your mold (s) with non stick spray. Fill them up and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To remove them, gently pull the side to allow air to enter, then smack it out!
I like pairing mine with something earthy, like a roasted beet salad. but it hols up very well to proteins as well. You could also substitute other soft cheeses like a bleu and put it with a steak…no matter how you eat it, enjoy it!
