This one’s a little different. A perfect side for a salad, or just a refreshing snack with berries. A goat cheese panna cotta just rounds all the bases. It’s sweet, savory, cold, silky smooth, and just delicious. Seriously, it’s easy and you should try it…

ingredients

Ingredients:

1 T Geltin

1 C Milk

1/2 C Sugar

14 oz Goat Cheese

Add everything except the goat cheese to a pan and bring it to a simmer.

Spray your mold (s) with non stick spray. Fill them up and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

I like pairing mine with something earthy, like a roasted beet salad. but it hols up very well to proteins as well. You could also substitute other soft cheeses like a bleu and put it with a steak...no matter how you eat it, enjoy it!
