Dutch babies are one of those things that can span all meals. Make them sweet or savory. Add fruit or top with smoked salmon and chives. They make for a great family breakfast, or an easy dinner on a Tuesday night. 5 ingredients, a pan and an oven make for an amazing meal.
1 C Flour
1 C Milk
3 T Sugar
1/2 C Butter
Place a cast iron pan in the oven and set the oven to 425F.
While your oven and pan are heating, blend everything except the butter together.
Once your oven is preheated, pull the pan out and add the butter to the pan. Let the butter melt and add your batter. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
