When you were a kid, there was always someone at lunch trading their chocolate pudding cups. It was THE treat to have in your lunch box. Dark Chocolate Pot De Creme is that chocolate pudding cup all grown up. Make these and pack them in your lunch for work and you’ll have people asking to trade their cars for a bite…or at least a day off…

Top them however you like. Whipped cream and crumbled cookies is always a good place to start. However you choose to eat them, be prepared to fight to keep them!
