“A-10 Steak Sauce”

When you have a good steak, it doesn’t need much added to it. Some Salt, a little pepper, a small amount of garlic. But there are those people who want some steak sauce. But why does it have to only work with beef? What about something that works on everything from steaks, to chops, to salmon? This is a sauce I used to serve in the restaurants I ran, and was told over and over it should be bottled and sold…well here ya go guys. It’s all yours! I call it A-10 because it’s just that much better…




1 C Orange Juice

1 C Raisins (You could also use Craisins in fall and winter)

½ C Soy Sauce

½ C Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ C Dijon Mustard

1 T Orange Zest

1 T Chili Powder

1 T Sriracha

¼ C Ketchup



This couldn’t be any simpler…seriously…4 steps. That’s it!

Put all of the ingredients into a pot.



Bring it to a simmer.



Blend and Chill.



Easy, but layers of flavor that doesn’t mask the natural flavor of the food it’s paired with. Instead, it only elevates it.
